Bloated? overindulged? feeling sick, unmotivated or hungover? You have found the perfect workout if you are not feeling well. These exercises are ideal after a meal to lower blood sugar and boost digestion. The first 10 minutes of the workout is a nice gentle walk to get the blood flowing. All exercises are low impact and will leave you feeling great. The second half is stretching on the mat with yoga inspired movements to relieve tension and improve digestion.
These exercises are ideal if you are sick, overindulged, trying to lower your blood sugar levels or suffering from a hangover. You don't need any equipment, not even shoes!
Do you feel better? Let me know in the comments please. I love hearing from my viewers!
Thank you to GXMMAT for providing my great new mat!
