    • I use 1kg dumbells in most walking series from Schellea’s even if they are not part of the training. They make the routine more challenging but at the same time doable!

    • Whenever my schedule allows, but afternoons my body is so much stronger and I get a better workout. Love the variety of videos you offer us and love your doggie! Thank you! 🤎🐾🐾🤣
