  • I do a little workout in my break time/ lunch and after work I do much more. Breaking it in 2 ensures I do workout just incase I have something else to do I would at least get in 1 for the day and not feel guilty. I aim to make it my lifestyle. I have lost 16 lbs in 2 months doing this with very little (reducing sugar intake) adjustment to my diet. I look and feel good. Lots of my special wardrobe pieces are fitting again 😂

  • I workout in the morning and walk in the afternoon-we all have different schedules doing what works for you is best

  • Thank you for the pep talk! I was doing your 15 min workout for months. In March, I was standing on my bed to measure the wall to hang a picture. I lost my balance , fell backwards & landed on my back. After a few weeks of chiropractic sessions (and much prayer) my mobility was back. On Friday, My chiropractor asked if I’ve been exercising (like he asked me to) and I said, “No, but I need to (I’m nearly 72 years old).” I believe if I do it first thing in the morning, I will be more consistent. ♥️ I LOVE your sessions!!

  • I do my mine in the morning & then try of spread them through the day, but my morning workout is usual a complete routine, 5000 steps, arms etc & other full body walk & work every muscle in my body, starting my day off with you is the best thing I do for me.

  • I had to stop doing Jazzercise (one of the most difficult decisions I’ve ever had to make…) because my body just couldn’t handle a full-on hour. So what I’ve found works is to break it up in 10-15 minute segments throughout the day. I try for a total of 50 minutes. But sometimes in spring and summer, at least 10 of those are logged working outdoors!

  • Just be careful not to work out too close to bedtime (this would be heart rate raising activity, not gentle yoga for example) as the hormones from exercise interfere with the hormones that start you on your way to sleep (melatonin).

  • Thank you so much for this! I started doing your exercises and I feel unmotivated because I haven’t seen any results except in my arms, in over a month. I haven’t worn a bathing suit or shorts due to mean comments made by people about my cellulite and I really want to be able to see results and wear those things again. How do you stay motivated? What advice can you give me to stay on it? ❤❤❤

  • Yup…anywhere from 1pm-3pm…past 3 pm and I’ll be up very late. Happy I don’t have to work outside the home😊
