Relaxing SEATED CHAIR STRETCHES for all ages


These 17 minute seated chair stretches are great for anyone who wants a relaxing stretching session from a seated position. These stretches are appropriate for all ages. If you can't do a specific stretch, just modify the stretch to one you can do. After the 17 minute session, we'll listen to a guided 3 minute breathing session where we focus on our breath. If you want to continue to do more, you can listen to the music for the last 5 minutes and take time to think about all of the people and things you are grateful for in your life as we end this year and start a new year.

  • I just saw this. We were out of town for Christmas and we 3:53 did a lot of beach walking. Everything below the waist is stiff and sore. I am on day 23 of the 25 day workout. This will be what I do when my leg workout is done. As someone else said earlier, you have definitely become my fitness friend as well. Have a blessed New Year. β€πŸŽ‰πŸ˜Š
