  • I’m doing 16-8 for prediabetes. I scored 3 on all but sugar. I have 1 tbsp in my cocoa (almond milk and pure cocoa) end of day. I am looking into replacements. What I am finding difficult is balancing macros. I had to start adding oatmeal back in to keep me regular. Low carb is so hard on my IBS. Getting enough calories is hard too so I added nuts to my oatmeal and now my fat % is too high.. A huge learning curve happening here. Luckily I have always eaten mostly whole foods. Used to make my own sourdough everything. Not a big bread eater so a loaf a month. rarely pasta and rice and potatoes. The 8 cups of popcorn at night did me in LOL and beer.. 🥴🙄

  • Thanks for all the great info. I’m a type 2 diabetic, and there is no medication that can control it. The only way I can control it is with my diet. I guess I have a super high insulin resistance, but not sure.

  • Good morning, My score is 15 plus because I don’t eat those things not even a once a month, not at all what so ever. I do Healthy Keto, OMAD and prolonged fasts once a month. save money time and stay healthy. Thanks.

  • I, too, have had decades of success by utilizing the 5 successful dieting tips. One additional tip that has kept me on the road to good health is regular and consistent exercise. Both diet and exercise are the two most modifiable determinants of your health!

  • Such a good video! I got only 9 but it’s.great to have these reminders, done in a clever way, to help ingrain them. Thank you!

  • 15 points for me. I have been avoiding these for years. Occasionally I will have a frozen vegetable burger from the store but I try to choose the ones with the fewest ingredients. This is my one treat once every few months
