    I’m 61 years old and post menopausal.
    I’ve been doing your workouts for the past 4 years.
    I’ve been working out moderately every day for about 2 years
    And following the 50 method.
    I just saw on YouTube a interview Katie Couric had with a physiologist named Stacy Sims.
    She claims moderate exercise daily isn’t what older woman need.
    She say the opposite of you.?
    She claims have to push yourself with cardio and lift heavy weights.
    What are your thoughts on this?
