You know after I lost all my weight I hated my upper arms until one day I looked in the mirror and decided to think of something positive and good about my arms like how they took care of my husband when he was going through his illness and how they helped me to lift and move things during a very trying time in my life. Turning things into positive makes you really stop and learn to appreciate the good. ❤
