How to pick a coach:
1. Identify your priorities. You may not know the answer but you know the question! What is it you DO want to feel like? What do you want to change?
2. Decide if you need a physical coach or you need a health coach or both. How do you want to work with them? Virtually or in person? Have you considered both? Now that you have the world at your fingertips, you can work with the best from anywhere they don't have to be in your backyard.
3. Do a discovery call and get a little help and an idea of what coaching with this person would be like. Make it a goal to know if this is a fit for you or not by the end. Ask anything. Know what you want.
