The Fabulous50s 14 day glow up fitness course is Based on the CDC guidelines for exercise for older adults which includes: 
* At least 150 minutes a week . Or they need 75 minutes a week of vigorous-intensity
* At least 2 days a week of activities that strengthen muscles.
* Balance exercises

But…Can we do a bit more… easily? yes, absolutely! For more muscle gain, more weight loss and more vitality! You don't have to think about how to incorporate all of "the things" just follow along daily to tick all the boxes as you take your health and longevity into your own hands.

Our program breaks down to 35-45 minutes daily, incorporating strength training, low-impact cardio, mobility exercises, stretching, and balance workouts.
Additionally, we offer a menopause support weight loss meal plan designed for health and vitality, coupled with daily tips for a holistic 'glow up' – practical advice that seamlessly integrates into your everyday life.
Our resources include a workbook and journal for tracking progress and a vibrant, private community of women offering support and accountability.
 
my goal is to encourage you to fall in love with exercise and healthy living, and even if you have never exercised before in your life, this is absolutely possible.
 
Each of these recommendations is grounded in scientific research and physiological principles, tailored to optimize muscle growth and sustainability, especially in older adults. It's important to individualize the program based on personal health status, fitness level, and goals, ideally under professional guidance

My workouts are gentle in their frequency, they are low impact, often high intensity and designed to build strength, increase fitness levels, and reboot your vitality.
I say a gentle frequency because I know you, and you don’t want someone screaming at you and telling you to do more …And that you’re not enough and you need to lose weight need to do it to feel good…… Behind every single workout that I present. There is always an intention to help you get from where you want to where you want to be in a way that feels Harmonious to you,……….. in a way that feels like a natural progression for you, in a way where you feel like it’s something that you can actually do, in a way where you will get results, and in a way that will ultimately make you feel proud of yourself.
 
so I invite you to stop comparing yourself to every other woman out there, particularly the women who show up on social media, including myself. I
feel that I have a great responsibility to be part of your growth and be part of the unfolding of who you truly Came here to be. 
 
My role is to encourage you, educate you, and give you the tools that you need to get there gently on your terms, not to get there because you think that you need to look like somebody else, or lose a lot of weight, I look prettier, or have all of the stuff, instead, my goal is to meet you where you are, hold your hand, and go to pace if your car feels comfortable for you.
 
My story is woven into every word that I say to you, and every action that I perform in my public life and personal life. I grew up as an overweight child and was bullied and ignored and left out and made feel left less than all the way through to my early 20s.
 
I feel the pain of women who feel like everyone else is better than them, I have felt the pain of looking at other women and wishing you could have their body, their skin, their hair, their happiness etc: And through taking my own pain and turning it around,  I have created a safe place for myself, I’m able to bring that exact feeling to you. It’s taken me 37 years of personal development, hundreds of thousands of dollars in courses and personal study, and a deep knowing of how women feel in relation to how they show up in the world.
 
So, I have made it my mission to help you feel okay, to feel good about who you are, to fall in love with yourself, understand what that even means, and to become part of community during this stage of your life. The community element is very important because we need to feel needed, we need to be of value, we need to be useful, and often times we get so sad about who we have become that we isolate to protect ourselves, resulting in our world, becomes very small and seemingly insignificant.
 
My job is to help you feel big, on purpose, strong, useful, and most importantly for you to not be in isolation, rather to be in the community, whether it be in person or online shining a light, your light. to help those who come before us.

  • I am sorry if I don’t understand. But do you have to start the course on the 15 Jan or can you start it a week later or any time.

  • Hi I just joined the 14 day challenge. I have been following you and working out with you for 3 years but last year I became injured and was unable to do much. I’m better now and ready to start getting healthy again
