I have heard this many times. I want to show you that cooking does not need to be time-consuming, difficult, or include a bunch of ingredients that you’ve never heard of before. In fact, if you can smoosh ingredients together and stick them in the oven, you can be eating a healthy meal in less than 30 minutes that is keto and kid-friendly. Here we go!

  • If you hate cooking, prepping freezer meals is your friend. You spend one day cooking and you can have weeks of meals. Also frozen veggies are easy as is bagged salad.

Do you have a video on maintaining? I don’t have much weight to lose, but I want to continue this lifestyle.

    • I agree. I use foil for easy cleanup, but I always place parchment over it. I do not let my food touch the foil.

  • Looks good! Going to make this soon. I will place it on parchment paper rather than foil as I try to avoid aluminum.
