I used to just watch her when she was on Lifetime TV which was many years ago, too lazy to actually do it, then in my 50s I started doing her old DVDs, buying them all up, and I really got in amazing shape!   • Have started doing your arm workout and think I can see a difference. Will gi e this a go would like a longer workout. Have a stress fracture just now so no high impact stuff for a whiile 😢
