This no talking, walk at home cardio workout is a short 12 minute workout which is great for doing when you're in need of a mood or energy boost. When we're sedentary, we often feel more tired, but a short workout will boost your energy and mood. Give it a try anytime you're tired and feeling low! If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Total step count today is 1200 steps.

Just spent 5 hours in the garden clearing plants and tidying the greenhouse. Dont think I could do this today but will def give it a go tomorrow. A good warm up for even more gardening. Making the most of some dry days to get things in order before winter.
