  • Hello! This must be new video because none but 1 view. I do like it and I am way past 50, but I think more important it is for me to keep my muscles and build back those I lost. And I am always glad when I find some good exercises for older people not just those 20 to 30 years old. For older is very important to move, to work. I am retired and I can do it, I can do some every day. I used to do more of it and I used to go to the gym too and I plan to go back to gym when I am back in US. For me most important is my belly and also my neck and spine. I have this forward head and I want to do anything to fix it, I love my back to be nice and straight like those younger people have it. I want to reduce that old person look in me , I want to stay healthy and look my best. Have to work on it. I am not heavy, loosing weight is not my goal. I want to build muscles. I eat good, taking some supplements. Also balance is my goal. Still have it good but do not want to loose it. I plan to do like 30 min exercise a day. I will go now and watch your other videos and thanks for posting them!
