This low impact exercise for seniors over 60 features two sets of two exercises with an additional combination of both moves in each set. These fun exercises will improve your cardiovascular health, balance, and coordination. Plus, you'll be moving your feet so you'll get in about 1000 steps!

This low impact workout is designed for all ages including seniors over 50. It includes gentle kickboxing-inspired moves: jabs, crosses, hooks, and beginner friendly low kicks.
