⛳️ Swing Into Strength & Mobility: Golf Exercises for Power & Flexibility

Get ready to improve your game weather it's your golf game or the game of life with this 20 minute workout that will increase your mobility, strengthen your core and boost your muscle strength!
All exercises are performed in a standing position with the perfect amount of challenge to enhance your form and prevent injury.
We begin with mobility exercises that will warm up our core, hips and shoulders for better rotational movements. After the warm up we will perform strengthening exercises which helps increase your power and makes sure we are maintaining symmetry. For reference, I'm using one 5lb dumbell for these exercises. Please go heavier or lighter based on your abilities.
The workout concludes with stretching exercises that will improve your flexibility, release tension and leave you feeling great!
Please leave me a comment and let me know how you enjoyed this video and share it with your golfing buddies!

  • Wow! I imagined myself as a golfer and swung a dumbbell like a golf club, and then stretched as if after a round of golf. Thank you, dear Lauren, for an interesting improvisation! I really enjoy your channel, Lauren: Barre makes me feel like a ballerina in rehearsal, and today I was a real golfer!
