We can all be fit over 50! 10 minutes of exercise can do wonders to boost mood, improve health, lower blood sugar and ultimately reverse aging. When it's difficult finding time or motivation to exercise, a 10 minute walk at home workout is a great start and it'll often energize you so you'll want to do more. If time is an issue, try to fit in a bunch of short workouts throughout the day. If you're just starting out with exercise, aim to get in a 10 minute workout every day until it becomes a habit. Once you establish a routine, you can add on and do more when you're ready. Total step count today is 1110 steps.
