Rest Between Strength Training Sets | Women Over 40

Rest between strength training sets is important for women over 40 that want optimal results. The ideal combination of adequate stimulus and adequate recovery can support better results. That doesn't mean complete rest.
Leave adequate rest between exercises for the same muscle group.
