Denise Austin’s Fit Over 50 Squat


My #FitOver50 squat! This is a perfect exercise to squeeze in these next few days when you’re spending so much time in the kitchen!! Standing next to your countertop and hold on to balance yourself… squat down, just go half way and slowly rise up squeezing your booty!! Do 10 holding on, and then try to do some without holding on when you’re ready!! Do these often and you will look great from behind!!
