20-min Fun Low Impact, No-Talking Cardio Workout for Seniors and Beginners

This 20 minute low impact cardio workout is great for seniors and beginners who want a fun, no-talking workout. We'll start with a 5 minute warm-up, then pick up the pace for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds then do different cardio moves for 1 minutes. We'll repeat that sequence until we hit the cool-down at the end. We'll finish with a few minutes of stretching at the end.
