  • I was told Menopause is after you haven’t had a period in a year. And everything before is perimenopause. My Dr. Said there is no post Menopause it’s just Menopause. Just curious she’s the only one I know that says that.

  • Do you adhere to any of the many different eating styles out there? Like keto, low carb, paleo, etc?

  • Great video 👍 Personally, I eat keto in a 44:4 fasting routine works wonderfully for me. (44 hr fast, 4 hour feasting window). I easily adjust my eating schedule to accommodate my social life, I dine out on chicken or fish ( sometimes I even share a dessert with a friend😊😊😊) I’m female, 61 yo, have lost 75lbs in 8 months. I exercise daily, never been fitter.
