This 22 minute all-standing low impact Tabata workout is great if you want a cardio workout with no jumping and no floor exercises. Different options are given to make it a beginner workout or a more challenging workout. We'll go through 4 rounds of various exercises and will finish with a few minutes of stretching at the end.
