20 minute Low Impact Dance Workout to Brighten your Mood

Welcome to a short 20 minute low impact dance workout which will fire up those endorphins and brighten your mood! This dance workout is for anyone who loves to dance as a form of exercise. Besides dancing, I've added in moves to target the various muscles in the body to help tone and sculpt the body. This low impact fat burning workout is geared to get your heart rate elevated for all the great health benefits exercise brings. Have fun with the workout and think of it more as a dance party rather than it being exercise:) If you follow at my pace, the final step count is 2446 steps.
