How to Build a Stronger Core | Level 4

This is level 4 of the core exercises on the floor. We'll go through a variety of exercises for a total of 13 minutes of work. These basic core exercises are great for seniors & beginners who want to safely build a stronger core. There are 4 videos with each one becoming a little bit more challenging.
