15 minute Gentle Walking Workout for Seniors Exercising to Music from the 50’s to 80’s

This no-talking gentle walking workout is great for bringing back memories from the 50's, 60's, 70's and even 80's. Listening to Kurt Davies' voice will make the workout fly by. Today is 10 minutes of walking, and ending with 5 minutes of a combination of balance, ab work and flexibility exercises. Total steps today is 1176.
