How long does it take for my body to de-carb after indulging this weekend? 4days and I’m tired, and bloated, and all the things…. Jumped right back on low carb/no carb, so just wondering how long of a struggle the carb cravings will be.
Hi Dr Becky, I need your help… I’m a Type 1 diabetic and tried to do keto and ended up in the emergency room with a DKA. I’m trying to keep carbs low tho not to successfully, use Lakanto Monk fruit, want desperately to lose 15 pounds to get my BMI in range and nothing is working. Could you please help? I have about 4 to 5 cups of coffee that I live on daily and then eat one good meal with protein and vegetables. What do you suggest I do better? Thank you and have a blessed 2023!
