  • Those who think you talk too much about “weight loss” aren’t listening to what you’re actually saying. You DO talk about being healthy and caring about ourselves. Don’t stop talking; I’ll be listening, reading, following and moving along with you.

  • Thank you so much Paula! I need to lose weight…for how I feel. I don’t care how that makes anyone else feel. It’s not their body.
What you’re doing is so important. I’m 43 but I have a physical disability that has aged my joints. I can’t do vigorous movement. Your content has really saved me.

  • Weight loss has everything to do with being healthy and that’s exactly what losing weight does but that’s not all you talk about. You talk about journaling which helps with feelings and emotions and mental wellbeing. You talk about activity which helps with your physical health. I have never heard you promote a specific body type that you have to be..or a specific weight you have to be or a specific exercise or number of steps or activity you have to get in everyday. You talk to people about how they can determine what is good for them. And if people have to lose weight… weight loss is definitely part of being healthy.
Your daily talks and guidance are awesome so keep up the good work, Pahla ❤👍

  • Losing weight is the most healthy thing for *every body*. You are a fitness trainer, that’s your job. People pushing back want to hear you tell them it’s healthy being overweight and not exercising. Fact.

  • Don’t let them SHOULD all over you! (Episode 66: What you SHOULD Do was just starting to play when I got the alert for today’s short.)

  • The risk of developing every health concern I am trying to prevent (diabetes, heart disease, etc. would be eased by losing 10-20% of my weight, so keep talking! I love your content!

  • I know the weight where I am most comfortable – I have been there before. So I know that my body will feel more comfortable with a weight loss. Right now it requires a lot of my attention (calorie record, water intake, pushing myself to workout to your videos! 🙂 ) When I have put in this work and gotten to a comfortable weight, I can focus more on maintenance with intuitive eating and healthy choices. But right now, I don’t have the brainspace. 🙂
