Walking Workout for Seniors & Beginners including Strength, Balance & Flexibility

This all-in-one walking workout includes a warm up, cardio, combined strength & balance training, a few fast walks and of course, flexibility training. If you're looking for a full body workout, this is it! In this workout, you will build strength, boost your metabolism and improve your balance & flexibility.

In today's workout, you'll need a light set of weights (1-3 lbs), and a chair for stretching at the end.
