I do agree the plastics are a huge problem but he lost me when he said he uses nut milks. talk about a mess of oxalates and other crap

I learned a lot from this podcast. I personally have challenged myself this past month to drink hot tea instead of decaf coffee. Maybe you could do a similar podcast about the pros and cons of teas.
