  • I used to be a very active athlete and did shot put so I have large muscles. After a serious accident and a long time in hospital then sedentary lifestyle I doubled my weight and have a lot of fat covering my muscles.     • The only reason I would give a thumbs down is because there is too much talking in the begining. I want to see the exercises and not listen to her history of flabby arms.

    • @JanaJ I’ve accidentally gave someone the thumbs down a few times. But not on here and I corrected it right away. There are haters on mostly everyone’s page. Some are putting stuff that makes no sense on everyone’s page.

    • Possibly because she takes forever to get to it? I’m 50 not 15 lol. I know why my arms started to sag. I know my muscle tone isn’t what it once was. After sitting here a few minutes waiting I’m now moving on. The bit between her son and her was cute but the explanation isn’t why I watched this….and no it’s NOT jealousy lmao. She’s a pretty lady but I have zero want to be her. Funny how that’s always people’s go to…..

    • Because she isn’t showing us anything that we don’t do in a gym. It is good, however, if you don’t know. I congratulate for she is teaching those who don’t know

  • Day 1, 5 reps each exercise with 1 lb weight. So far, so good. I had a huge shoulder problem last year, and 6 months of PT. So this should help my shoulder and the bat wings…but very, very slowly to start to start.

  • I started this yesterday as a jump start after slacking off on my strength training and also shared it with my mother who is in her 70s to give her some inspiration to get started back on exercising. She loved the video too. Thank you!
