Yes, way too many calories! I simply cannot consume that many calories each day. I don’t want to and I will feel stuffed. Are you going to do any other workouts? I mean, are you going to post any new workouts or workout plans?
On her video from 12/12 – What’s coming in 2023, she announced that she will not be creating new workout videos this year.
Wait, what? No new workouts at all??

I still have some days when the 1800 calories seems way too big! Like today! I struggled to be sure I ate dinner, but needed to because I had to hit my calories. And be okay with eating breakfast, lunch and dinner and a snack. Heck I could have a second snack! Whew!
