Should you change your calories?

As long as you're losing weight AT ALL, your current calories are working. The goal of weight loss is to eat as much as you can and still lose weight, not to starve yourself to your goal.

  • You must’ve read my mind. My weight loss is slowing down & I was seriously thinking I need to drop my calorie target. Thanks Pahla! I’ve got 2 lbs left to to lose to hit my initial 20.5 lb. weight loss goal. (I was averaging -3 lbs per mo. but I “only lost” 2.5 lbs in May.) These last 5 lbs. do feel harder for some reason. I had to get my DL renewed today. I was SO happy that I didn’t have to put my starting weight on there! I love your videos & the 5-Oh plan 💗👏🏻❤️👍🏻💗
