This handful of ideas will help you feel better with exercises that reduce bloat, a few supplements I use and recommend, and help you look better soon.
For longer term solution you want to identify why you might have stomach bloat, or if it's belly fat supported by a different kind of exercise. Surprisingly, in most cases it's not a matter of doing more core exercise exclusively.
