  • I think of pain as an “ouch” type of sensation. A wise doctor once told me pain is your body’s way of letting you know something is wrong and needs to be addressed.

  • Same goes for when we are sick I think. I’ve been really suffering with severe allergies & I’m making myself rest when I need to. I usually push myself too hard. Learning to listen to our bodies is important!
