Low Impact Cardio, Strength & Balance All-in-One Workout that will leave you feeling GREAT

This 50 minute all-in-one intermediate level workout covers cardio, strength, balance and flexibility. Listening to requests, I have included a few fast intervals, dancing, strength, balance, abs and floor exercises. This low impact fat burning, all in one workout is geared to get your heart rate elevated for all the great health benefits exercise brings. If you follow at my pace, the final step count is 3556 steps. Keep in mind, I am walking during the fast periods so if you're jogging or running, your step count will be much higher.
