  • I wish I hadn’t missed this live chat, because this was the exact issue I was having… I’m feeling really bad in my fasting window, and I need to know what I should be eating in my feasting window so that I feel better during my next fast! I’m not at all hungry, but I am feeling so hypoglycemic, and also too anxious to go about my day 😟 I don’t know what kind of foods I need to eat to make me feel better the next day 😔
