Improving balance and strength in 3 short weeks | Day 15

Welcome to day 15! Today we will be working on legs, chest and triceps. This quick, effective and manageable strength training workout is great for seniors and beginners who want to see an improvement in strength while exercising at home. Whether you are 20 or 70, this strength training program can help you to become a stronger you in a short period of time. We will work out 5 days a week, have two days off and will come back the next week with new exercises to keep you motivated. This program is suitable for seniors who are used to exercising, and beginners new to strength training. Ensure you warm up first and check in with your doctor to make sure you can start a strength training program.

  • First, I just love the outfit! Too cute. I am still feeling energized with these workouts! I definitely see a difference in my balance and there is starting to be definition in my arms which I love because they were a bit too soft. I really appreciate the suggested videos at the end because I have a tendency to pick the same cardio videos over and over again and I know my body needs to be surprised every once in a while.
