It sounds logical what you’re saying, but I still have trouble figuring out why people think that eating meat all day on the carnivore diet is the best way to lose weight because meat has a lot of calories in it.
I often eat two pounds fatty of meat. Yesterday I had four or five eggs and three slices of bacon 🥓 for breakfast. Check out Paul Saladino or Ken Berry (both MD’s). They might just make a carnivore out of you! PS: If you have four 1/4 pound burgers for breakfast (15% fat) you will achive satiety and be full for hours. You CAN”T “Eat meat all day”!

@Adria Rahtz I have a high CAC score, yet I got to 128% at a recent stress test. I bike over 100 miles every month, sometimes 80 miles in one week. I feel great and have gone back to work full time after a 25 month retirement. Remember that every study that cardiologist reads was funded by big pharma.
@Unca Reid none of that actually demonstrates what is sticking to the walls of your veins and arteries. Cardiologists recommend a plant based diet but that has nothing to do with pharmaceutical companies or their studies. It comes from treating patients.

Here is another wrench 🔧 for your journey – How about we don’t make weight loss a goal at all but instead focus on a healthy lifestyle? There are plenty of sickly folks at their goal weight. I don’t count calories, I eat a pound of ground beef or 1.75 pounds of fruit and yogurt for breakfast, and I have no trouble staying within 5# of 175 (my ideal weight). Regular moderate exercise and fasting along with a life of Peace are essentials for me.
Thankfully I found you after 20 days I can lift my grandkids ! I have had a bad back for ever. I wish I knew you were my answer earlier !
Thanks so much for your recent podcast . I now understand why you are not posting new exercise videos . I think exercise is about mental and physical health but not related to weight loss . For selfish reasons I miss your posting of new workouts but I appreciate you helping me understand. Of course you did not owe me that explanation but now I get it !

After making more than a thousand workout videos, Pahla has given us so much to choose from. The different numbered series are still available. So I pick a series and follow it in order. The only real difference is she’s not posting new videos, but you can really easily find “new to you” videos every day.
