After struggling for 5 years with abdominal and hip fat I had lipo suction done. I’m 6 weeks out and am back to regular exercise to keep my weight down in other areas and build strength. I still feel like I have to work out at least an hour every day. Trying hard to eat the good foods now that Christmas is over.
