How to improve your fitness with this low impact, manageable Interval Training Workout

This 20 minute no-talking, low impact interval training workout is great for active seniors and beginners who want a great fat-burning workout without jumping or the use of equipment. If you like intervals, this is for you. This is a 10, 20, 30 (or 30, 20, 10) training workout where we go at a regular pace for 30 seconds, pick it up for the next 20 seconds and then go even faster for the next 10 seconds. We'll go through two rounds today, and finish with a few minutes of stretching at the end. If you're wondering how to improve your fitness, give this a try! The exercises are manageable and doable for beginners. Just go at YOUR best pace. My final step count today is 2365 steps, and 1.4 miles. Yours will be determined by how fast you go during the intervals.
