No need to feel hyper concerned about your thoughts or try to decipher each of them. Concentrate more on eating high protein, low sugar, low processed foods, low white carbs, do strength training and the weight will come off. I know what I’m talking about. I’m less than five feet tall and have kept an 80+ weight loss off for years.
But it’s your mindset that enables you to get started in the first place and continue.
