When will you start posting your exercise videos again?
It took me about 3 years to lose over 100 pounds. I did the treadmill walked mostly. No actual exercises.
I feel that it depends on the heavier you are,the easier it is that the weight comes off.
Once you are at a caloric deficit and walking the pounds come off quickly if overweight. Consistency too is the key.

Ive lost 24 pounds in a year and a half!😊
This year hopefully I’ll do better and loose 24 pounds ( or more) instead of losing 10 or 11 pounds in one year.💛😁
