  • It took me about 3 years to lose over 100 pounds. I did the treadmill walked mostly. No actual exercises.
    I feel that it depends on the heavier you are,the easier it is that the weight comes off.
    Once you are at a caloric deficit and walking the pounds come off quickly if overweight. Consistency too is the key.
