Thank you for joining me for this yoga practice that is great for all ages and abilities. In less than 20 minutes we will unwind, relieve stress and work on our flexibility. You will feel wonderful after this gentle yoga flow workout.
You may want to grab a pillow to support your head and hips in some positions. As always, You Do You. Make this workout your own and only perform exercises that you are comfortable doing.
