This is level 1 of core exercises on the floor. We'll go through 3 exercises for a total of 8 minutes of work. These basic core exercises are great for seniors & beginners who want to safely build a stronger core. Level 1 is designed to be the first step in becoming more aware of engaging the abs, and working to build abdominal and lower back strength. You can do these exercises daily to work towards a stronger core. Once you feel you have mastered these, you can do 2-3 sets or move up to level 2 (which will be out next week).
