You betcha! I eat both "unhealthy" and "healthy" foods everyday, because I make choices that work for ME and my goals. You can, too.

Thank you so much for this Pahla, so often we just hear we should eat “healthy” foods and stay away from anything that actually tastes super lovely!! 😂 Thank you for taking away the guilt of having these when I feel “in need” and not beat myself up for giving in! ❤ xx
Hey Pahla I try to be kind to myself😀…I don’t eat unhealthy too much but if my body & my mind says “today’s the day girl” you bet I’m going to have that unhealthy piece of cake or ice cream or whatever & satisfy that crave😊
Oh thats a blessing!!
Pizza , cheetos( fry kind) , some chocolate bars, ( mostly try to find the dark kind), once in a while Reuben sandwich but the panni if I can. Its less greasy than Culvers. Yep , sometimes its just feels good to have a good ” treat “😁😂❤💛🌻
Do you weigh and count macros? I have been doing this for over 2 years and
I log everything but so tired of this any ideas 😮
I eat pizza 🍕 on my cheat day also is it good to have a cheat day 1x per week
❤️👍🏻❤️
Thank you. Now I don’t feel so bad after eating that macdonalds cheeseburger today😀
Yes but I’ve learned that you shouldn’t connect food with emotions. Eat healthy food and “feed” your emotions in other ways..
How do you feed your emotions in other ways?
