  • I have a question fasting and nutrition. During feasting too fast. How do you accomplish getting all the needed nutrition in? Supplements and picking the right foods for me.
    Lol… I think I just answered myself.

  • Very well spoken & it really works! I am a very petite (5’0″ small frame) post menopause woman & have lost 5 pounds in the past 6 weeks using intermittent fasting. I was already in a healthy BMI-at the top end of healthy section-but I look and feel my best at the low end of healthy. The pounds have crept up over the years and using IF I know I can get closer to my desired healthy weight again! I am NOT counting a single calorie and no foods are forbidden. I do aim for balanced macros (so not low carb OR low fat!) as that seems to satisfy me the best and also include green vegetables daily. If I can do this, anyone can!

  • I think what has really helped me is to say to myself okay you’re finished eating for the day and will eat tomorrow at 10:00. This way my brain can agree with my body. It’s really working for me. Lost another pound over the weekend. Total weight loss 27 pounds since September 2023. I can cook and prepare food for my husband and just say okay I will eat this tomorrow at my feasting window. I don’t use negative diet words. Your class was amazing. Thank you let me know if you ever decide to have a large conference seminar are something to that effect. I would surely come.

  • I am doing a 16-8 – low carb program. I usually eat 2 meals (lunch and supper) a day. I do not eat in between my meals. Iam full and am not hungry. I do not count calories, but do watch and worry about getting enough protein in. Even if I throw in a 3rd meal (breakfast). I eat till Iam full. I eat good food, not crap. How can I get in more protein? When I try to increase my protein portions, it’s just to much for me to eat. Thank you.❤

  • Good afternoon Dy Ann. Thank you for the reminding us why we need to fast for 20 hours and why calorie counting isn’t necessary. About 3 -4 years I went for my annual physical. My doctor asked me what some of my goals were. Well, the number one was to lose weight. She suggested that I eat between 1500 – 2000 calories a day. In my mind, I said that’s not going to happen. For me it was to much work. Also, I tried one of tge weight loss programs that is well known and that was to much work for me also. After watching your videos for a couple of weeks I bought into IF. I am a November 2023 graduate and I am so thankful I took the class. It was a game changer for me. You’re a blessing to Today’s Aging Woman ❤❤❤! Blessings to you!!!
