Day 4 of our 7-Day Get Stronger in 10 minutes Challenge is a fun 10 minute Walk and Dance for seniors and beginners that will improve your coordination and teach you some fun dance moves! This beginner at home workout has about 1200 steps, more or less depending on your pace.
The low impact workout for beginners features two sets of 3 dance moves each done twice. Each move is done for 20 seconds with 20 seconds of active rest. The workout wraps up with a set of all 6 moves done together!
