Day 4 of our 7-Day Get Stronger in 10 minutes Challenge is a fun 10 minute Walk and Dance for seniors and beginners that will improve your coordination and teach you some fun dance moves! This beginner at home workout has about 1200 steps, more or less depending on your pace.
The low impact workout for beginners features two sets of 3 dance moves each done twice. Each move is done for 20 seconds with 20 seconds of active rest. The workout wraps up with a set of all 6 moves done together!

good morning glad you got another god work out for me,if i was in your setting you be laughing at me mt work is like moms but she keeping up i love i got left these old bones its so hard,im so stiff im just 54 my mom 84 get around better the me once i was sick laying around i guess thats what did im gone make it my business to do it more often thank you again and happy new year may God for every bless you and mom and family
