Thank you for this encouragement! I thought I had made NO progress this
morning but I looked at the numbers and I’ve lost 2 lbs in January! Progress!!
Lost 5 lbs with tmad and snacks, but more importantly I can go down stairs normally again.
I am loving the daily encouragement / mindfulness on loosing weight. I find it very helpful.
Celebrating success by- buying books, magazines about healthy recipes,enjoy yourself by doing something fun,challenge yourself to a new skill, new fitness,buy a pretty fitness gear,dance and dance,and say in front of the mirror, you go girl, you go guy. Be happy, stay positive and enjoy the journey.
