Cardio, Strength & Balance Workout for Seniors and Beginners | Another All-in-One Workout


Welcome to a 40 minute all-in-one workout created for seniors and beginners. Today we'll do 20 minutes of low impact cardio, 15 minutes of strength & balance exercises, and finish with 4 minutes of stretching.
