Cardio Kickboxing Workout for Beginners & Seniors // Low Impact HIIT!

You will love this energizing cardio kickboxing HIIT/LIIT workout! All exercises are low impact and great for increasing your heart rate while having fun!
Each move is on a timer so you can go at your own pace. We have 60 seconds of work, then 20 seconds rest between each move to rest. If you prefer a steady state workout, then go ahead and keep moving through the rest periods.
This is a full body all standing workout with exercises for the legs, glutes, arms, back and core. Want a longer workout? I encourage you to do a second set! That would make it a 40 minute workout 🙂
