  • Straight to the point… so many you tube videos have too much detail, whiteboards etc. to explain an exercise. This was just as effective in half the time. Excellent…👍👍

    • Split squat focuses more on the quads and work primarily the lead leg while lunge is working both legs equally and using more muscles in the lower body
