Good video. Helpful!
Could you please do a series of them so I can see what it actually looks like in action
The very beginning of the video dude
Super helpful. Thank you
Thanks for posting this video, it’s very helpful and I like the way it’s aimed at people of varying ability.
Very good presenter.
Good demonstration.
Super helpful. I was really struggling with these. Thank you!
Isn’t the split squat just a standing lunge?
Yea its kinda confusing
@Ju Ju it’s better than a back&forward lunges.
Thank you! The beginning of the video is great explaining the posture / stretching
Thx I needed it for school
Best description I’ve seen, thank you
Thank you for a great video and for your veru helpful advice 🙂
Shouldn’t I feel this in my glutes? I don’t. I feel it in my quads. Am I doing it wrong?
Lunges work the quads more than the glutes, so you probably did them properly.
The first rule should be put on some shoes (at least for me).
Straight to the point… so many you tube videos have too much detail, whiteboards etc. to explain an exercise. This was just as effective in half the time. Excellent…👍👍
plus its good for lowerback
bulgarians watching this video: ok, now how can we make it evil.
How is this different/better than a lunge?
Split squat focuses more on the quads and work primarily the lead leg while lunge is working both legs equally and using more muscles in the lower body
What’s the difference with the Bulgarian split squats
